They round out the episod breaking down the proverb "my granddad walked, my father took the bus, I drove, my son walks" and explain the flaws in that statement as well as how important it is to communicate and express your feelings with a trusted source. This weeks topic was planned and ready to go but then life happened. The past 2 weeks have been very tiring and challenging for Mike to say the least. He got very open and shared his strong beliefs in regards to his religion and about some struggles he has faced since putting himself out there to try and become more involved within his community. Listen in as Nick and Juan are there to help get him back in the right mindset to go and tackle the challenges that lay ahead of him. For some this will be very different in regard to what they expect from the group but keep an open mind and look for the lessons in the message. Thanks for listening. 

This weeks episode the guys get into why the show missed a week and some struggles Nick had to deal with which in turn led to a discussion about diet and exercise. Juan shared the Chef Juan special of the week and the question arose how do you fill your pita?? When they finally get on track the discussion goes into what motivates people to do what they do. Is it pushed by vanity or is it being pushed by a purpose? Are you bringing people up or pulling them down? They discuss "The Redeem Team" documentary and the Mamba mentality. As the years go by that looks very different but one thing stays the same, transitions aren't always easy and Mike brings up some pitfalls of his own and how he plans to work on it through a mindset shift and with extending grace in various areas of life.
